corner bench dining room table
hi this is darren from alo upholstery andinteriors today i'm going to show you how to posture the seat bench so on this bench i'll be using one and ahalf inch thick foam and also a thin layer of fiber so it gives it a nicesoft feel to it now i'm spraying foam glue to the fiberand foam you so now i'm repaying the fiber about aninch and a half longer than the phone is a brown vinylthen i'll be using its sewn on the side so when i'm fitting it on i like to makesure the corner fits exactly where it's
supposed to be right on the edge of thescene even the front and the back after checking it fits well i like tolock all four corners first and then do the middle so once you've done locking the middleof the bench with a few staples you can start upholstering it it makes it mucheasier so the trick is part of this bench willbe this part here where the cut will be at a 45 degree angle once you get thisstraight then you can work on the other partslifting it up so this is the trickiest partchronicling this part without having any
wrinkles so now i'll be working my way outwardsfrom the cut so i like to cut extra fibernot needed so it's not as bumpy so you want to do the exact same thingon the other side as well so now that you're all posting the wholefront edge you want to make sure it's alllined up straight when you pull it you don't want to be too bumpy or also seeit when you flip it over so you want to make sure the fabric ofthis is running still straight with the wood because if you don't the front whenyou flip it you'll see it very bumpy
also for the back area it goes the sameway you want to make sure the consistency of the poll is even or alsowill be bumpy as well so i'd like to fold the topon the sideband this way it gives it a nice clean finish to it now i'm just cutting any fabric that'slong off so here's how the finished product lookslike so thank you for watching and if youliked the video please give me a big thumbs up and don't forget to like itand share it thank you bye
