dining room chairs ikea
hi guys welcome back to my channeltoday weâ´re going to do a diy decor video and iâ´m going to show you guys how i sprusedup a table and four chairs from ikea it was a set i bought about 6 years agofromikea ok so this is the paint i used this is inspanish because you guys know we live in spain so it just says chalky finish so obviouslyif you go to your local hardware ouâ´ll find your brand this says piedra which is stonethis is not the colour i used this is the colour i actually used on our tv cabinet andalso on a stand that i have in my dining room so i used that i unfortunately threw the tinaway of the white paint but i think it was antique white like i said so this is the paintthat i used and this is the scraper that i
used to scrape the paint off now you can apparentlyuse vinegar as well if you use chalkboard paint and you paint a thin layer you can usevinegar that will also apparently give an effect but i havenâ´t tried that so i am goingto try that and then iâ´ll speak about that a little bit later on another video on mychannel and afterwards you need to seal your paint and everything after youâ´ve scrapedand everything with this wax now once again itâ´s in spanish but ou can find your brandat your local hardware seems like this brand is xylazel iâ´m not sure i used the transparentwax and so ya thatâ´s what i did youâ´ll see here iâ´ve also got a paint of pastel bluethat i want to use on my outside furniture and this is just a a little pot to see ifi like the colour gius iâ´m obsessed with
chalk paint and this is the spray also instone colour that i still need to use as well and so ya those are the paints like i saiditâ´s in spanish but i will link up in the description box below a brand that you guyscan find for example on amazon ok now iâ´m going to show you guys how beautifulthe table and chairs look just look at that! i hope you guys can see clearly aat the backou can see chase, chase is always in the video always somewhere in the backgroundi actually love the way this chair came out look how beautiful this one looks not allof the chairs we were able to get that effect each one looks different but i just absolutelylove it and for the video i just set the table for two for you guys just to see how beautifulit looks with the table runner some candles
and just some fake roses these napkins arefrom ikea they are beautiful and then also these fake roses i got from ikea and thislittle pineapple candle over here i got from primark and it actually smells like pineappleand mango and then through the years i bought many of these candles from ikea and then ijust wash them out and then i keep my t-lights in them this vase is also from ikea iâ´m obsessedwith ikea iâ´m not so crazy about the minimalistic style that sometimes you would get from ikeabut i do like many things that they have and i buy many things from them and iâ´m happywith their quality i really am and this table runner i actually bought at ikea as welllook how beautiful this table looks and the chair i canâ´t tell you guys how it lookedbefore it is incredible the difference! iâ´m
